Shipping Policy

• We dispatch from the UK within 2–4 working days of order confirmation.
• UK Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days.
  
• Tracking will be provided once dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

• Due to the nature of our products, we accept returns only if the item is defective or damaged during shipping.
• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
• No returns or exchanges for custom-stitched pieces or earrings (for hygiene reasons).
• Customer is responsible for return shipping unless item is faulty.
